A2P blocking

Hi Everyone, I was using a system in work that needed to send me a number in a text - the text never came through at the company said they could see my request 3 times but when they sent the text my provider was blocking A2P and it has to be fixed from my side - can anyone help me?

I noticed the blocked messages from curve and ebs as well, couldn't even activate my online payments with card because bank sent messages which never came through... this has gone far enough. with totally useless roaming, it's time to leave for a different network...
