You may need to configure more than just the APN name.

There are only
Mobile data: Enable
Roaming: Enable
Mobile Data options: 4G preferred
Profile name: 48Internet
PDP type: option of (IPV6 or IPV4&IPV6)
APN: 48months.liffeytelecom.com
Username:
Password:
Authentication Type: None (option of PAP,CHAP, CHAP/PAP, NONE)
Those appear to be the settings under internet settings on router.

Maybe try Authentication Type = PAP?
What make and model of router is it?
I've successfully configured my cheap Chinese one in the past no problem.
