5G not working

Hi. I paid for the 5g monthly subscription but cannot access 5g on my phone.

What make and model of phone is it? 

Is it 5G enabled? 

If it's a Google Pixel then 5G probably won't work due to the fact that Google don't whitelist 48/Liffey Telecom for 5G access. 

Did 4G mobile data work before now? 

Did you configure your APN settings correctly? 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they are configured correctly:

Are calls and texts working ok?
