4g roaming

Has anyone managed to get 4g data while roaming with 48 either in Northern Ireland or in Europe.  I have never managed to get 4g in Northern Ireland and I will be travelling to France and Spain nexth month and am wondering should I just change provider before I go?

48 mobile does not support 4G while roaming. Just found this out in their roaming guide:

Check the bullet points.

Enjoy roaming at 2 kilobytes per second.

Unfortunately 48 don't support roaming in Pakistan.

Only Europe, North America and Oceania.
