I still have 4 GB left of my data but it's simply not working..no idea why! Really annoying!!

Did it ever work?

Did anything change on your phone recently - e.g. software update, restoring a backup, settings changes etc.?

Are your internet/APN settings configured correctly?

Does anything else work - calls/texts?

Dial *100*8# and hit call - what does it return?
