What plan are you referring to?
There's no €30 plan on 48.
Any plan bundled call allowances do not cover international calls from Ireland.
They only cover mobile and landline calls to Irish networks (and to Northern Ireland landlines if you use the 048 rather than 00 44 prefix).
To make international calls you need an active membership and cash credit on your account to pay for the out of bundle international calls:
