Can't send text messages

I have recently ported my phone over rto 48. I can receive texts messages, but I can't send them.

I just get an error saying can't send messages and to check settings.I have a plan which is 12.99. I have checked the settings.I have android phone -samsung s23. I can receive texts, use internet etc.
