HiCan I used unlimited data plan sim in modem to share Internet with my kids and tvWill the speed the same 5g

I tried today from my phone the speed is automatically coming down after Hotspot so when I turned off the hotspot the speed is automatically coming backSo I am going to buy 5g modem so will I consider the same 48 or to change
