Auto renew failed

Auto renew failed. I then turned it off to manually renew. Choose my usual 7.99 sup which I have for years. Nothing updated. Logged in an plan says I've paid 12.99 for 20gb - I didn't but still have no membership??

Can't get the app working and getting error occurred and try later. Can't be right as it seems to be all day??? However I can log in to website. App seems absolutely crap and doesn't auger well for the future. Is it a case of getting what you pay for...
