Hi, I have entered the correct APN settings for iPhone and can only see LTE connection on my iPhone for 48. I have the new SIM on 7.99 membership, my android can see 4G+ no problem but iPhone can only see LTE.
Agents are never available to talk to directly. This is an issue with 48 support hiring cheap offshore support agents. They are supplied with canned responses and have no ability to actually help. Guess it’s the drawback of cheap mobile networks!
