I was in Portugal last week n I couldn't pick up a carrier, my friend is now in Bulgaria n has the same problem. We are both on the guido n have roped up after the 13/06/17
HiNo it didn't, she wasn't able to get coverage whilst away and since back the fone is on no service it won't pick up the carrier, we have tried the airplane mode, switching it on and off an d resetting it. Any help at this stage would be greatly app...
