Hi I have the Don membership but bought €20 of credit as I am currently in Slovakia, but I can't ring home, I get a message saying I'm either out of minutes or have no credit, even though I have both. How can I ring Ireland?

Hi i recently got a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge but have been unable to get any internet access outside a wifi zone. Can anyone help?
