I tried to use my data today but it’s not working. I can see on my banking app that there is the auto renewal fee of €12.99 pending from last night, but it has not been claimed by 48. I seem to have no plan, even though I’ve auto-renewal turned on. When I go into the app, it says “you’re missing an active plan 😔”. What has happened?!
