Hi,
I switched my number to the 48 Network yesterday and received an email to say that my number was on the move and would take a few hours. 24 hours later I got an email to activate my SIM, but when I clicked it, it asked me to pay for credit. I paid for 2 months credit and received 3 emails telling me about my contract, agreement form and welcome to 48.
2 hours later, I can still only make emergency calls and I do not have 4G or 5G capability.
I seem to be missing a step. Can you help me get my phone working?
