This month my data allowance ran out before renewal date for the first time ever.
Would there be any reason why the data is being used up so quickly now when this has never happened before? Phone usage has not changed.
I do not use Netflix or any streaming services besides Spotify. The phone is used for basic social media and email/web browsing, in the evenings only. I use Spotify in the car, max 40 mins/day.
Any insight? I have no WiFi so I'm really stuck if the data runs out before renewal date.
