While setting up my account the new phone number breifly appeared before disappearing. An automated message then appered saying wait for 15 minute and if membership does not load go to support pagew for details. No membership loaded and I am locked out of registering a membership. Whwn I click on membership i get this message
Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress
The only email I recieved was this
Your new number is almost ready. We should have it sorted out by the time you head over to My48.
I headed over to My48 but there is nothing there. When I check my details my name, email address, puk and number are there but I cannot gain access to payment details. How can I sort this out? Or is there a link to contact customer suppport directly?
