I have received a 48 sim card as a gift a month ago, but decided to finish using my previous providers' offer which expired at the end of October. I have topped up the 48 sim can and unlocked it, but my phone number is all different. I want to change my number back to my old one asap. I tried usign the FAQ option but the problem is that it sends a text to the old number, but when I check the old one there is no message sent?
I emailed support last week and heard nothing. I can' tget in touch with the agents
