when trying to update my card details - a window pops up  saying I need visa varification and to call my bank.I've called my bank and they see no reason why on their end this would be happening and suggested I contact 48 - which I did.  The tech support said I could only change it by laptop or computer, so as soon as I got to one I attempted it again but it still keeps popping up saying I need visa varification.  Before I managed to find a 'chat now' option...now I can't find it.  I'm having such a difficult time sorting this that I'm seriously considering switching away from 48 - perhaps there is someone on here that can help me?
