We’ve received feedback that some posts made by our users are disappearing from the community forums. The platform may automatically move certain posts into quarantine for security and privacy reasons. Here are some tips to help retain your posts within the discussion forums:
✔️ Be Detailed in Your Post
Rather than using short phrases like ‘no service’ or ‘please help,’ it really helps if you can describe what’s going on in a more detail. This makes it easier for others to understand your query and give you the right support.
✔️ Do NOT Share Personal or Account Information
For your safety, never include sensitive details such as:
- Mobile numbers
- Email addresses
- Physical addresses (including Eir codes)
- Private message content
- Account-specific information
Posts containing these details will be quarantined automatically for the security of Community users.
✔️ Avoid Repetition in Title (Subject) and Body
Example:
- Title: “Can’t connect to data”
- Body: “Can’t connect to data”
Instead, use the body to clearly describe what’s happening so others can easily understand your question and point you in the right direction.
Following these quick and easy steps will help retain your posts within the forum and ensure you get timely responses from the 48 community.
