Sorry - I personally am out of ideas.
All I can suggest is that you get back to 48 support and tell them that you're still having the same problem.
Hopefully they can figure something out...

Hi My Iphone 5S constantly looseing the signal.
Please advise whether or not any improvement working had been carried on?
I am not 100% satisfied with Network quality for at least 3 month.
Could you please advise whether or not is possible to update or upload some apps which will help to receive the signal better.

Installing apps won't make your signal any better if it's bad.
Updating to the latest available software for your phone may help.
