Why is everyone complaining its not a life or death situation. its not like they done this on purpose. Ye should be greatful its the cheapest network out there.
why take so much time only for that little thing ? should be solved in 10 minutes,not hours;what kind of engineers do you have ?!? RRrrr
To the people saying we should calm down and not look for compensation, you are ridiculous! I've been a 48 customer for over a year now and this is just one of MANY times that I've lost all service and not once have I been offered any kind of compensation!
