unable to send texts

Hi,

 

I'm not able to send text messages,

I already checked SMSC number, APN settings, cleared cache from messages app, reboot phone. Do you have ideas what to do next? (phone is Realme 9 pro+)

Were you ever able to send texts?

If so, what changed between then and now?

What happens when you try to send a text?

Any error messages?

Can you receive texts?

Are incoming/outgoing calls and data working OK?

Do texts to all numbers fail?
