Porting number

Hello, when I got my 48 sim I requested to have old number ported over to the new sim.  This was nearly a week ago and the port hasn't happened.  Does anybody have any advice/guidance about how to figure out what the issue might be?

I applied to port my number two days ago and it is still not resolved. I am not able to also renew my membership and it is really frustrating. Has anybody faced this issue? Could anyone tell me how to proceed further?
