Unable to activate my sim

To whom this may concern,
I received my 48 SIM card 1 month ago.
I didn’t activate it for a month until I ran out of 3pre pay.
I do not have the activation code but I have the long code on the pin.
When I check my48account details it said I don’t have a PUK due to having an inactive sim.
Could you please help me activate my SIM card?

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.
They generally don't read and respond to questions posted here on the community forum.
