Good afternoon, sir/madam. I topped up my account, the money was debited from my card, but for some reason the account has not been topped up.

What exactly do you mean by "topped up"?

What exactly did you purchase?

Membership plan, add-on, cash credit? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

What exactly is/isn't working for you? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

When was everything working ok for you last? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a monthly membership plan?
