Whose SIM are you referring to ("their")?

When was it working ok before? 

What changed in the meantime? 

Or are you (they?) just getting started with 48?

Please clarify exactly what the issue is, what the symptoms of the problem are, any error messages, what steps you/they have taken so far, etc.
