What exactly do you mean by "I went to set it up again"?
What exactly did you set up?
If it was membership plan auto-renewal then you still need to buy your first membership plan manually before auto-renewal will take over from the next time.
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?
Are there any stacked upcoming membership plans listed on your Buy Plan page?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
