No confirmation that SIM ordered over weekend is on its way

Hello,

saturday Night I have lost my phone so I decided to block the sim and to order a new sim from my account profile-block sim and ask for a new one -put my eircode.  Despite I have ordered a new sim saturday night Today it is monday and I did not received yet a confirmation by email that my new sim is on the way.  I wish to have a confirmation that my request for a new sim is confirmed.

SIM orders can take up to 6 working days to be delivered. 

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use An Post for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.

If you want to check the status of your order then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them about this.
