Was it working before or are you trying to get started with 48?
If it was working before, has anything changed?
E.g. new phone, factory reset of existing phone, settings changes, software update?
Was the SIM activated successfully?
What is the exact error message and when does it appear?
If you do a manual scan for networks what networks do you see?
Can you see and connect to 48?
Is roaming enabled in the phone system settings?
48 like many other networks is a "virtual" network so needs roaming enabled even when in Ireland.
If necessary contact 48 support.
