Both my payment are coming out of my bank account I want to cancel the Revolut payment

What exactly do you mean by "both my payment"?

If you want to stop payment then disable monthly membership plan auto-renewal and/or delete the card details registered on your account. 

Bear in mind that the €3 discount on the €12.99 plan for 6 or 24 months offers require that you keep auto-renewal enabled just in case that's relevant to you.

My payments are now coming out of my bank account I want to cancel my Revolut payment. I do not want to pay twice
