You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was it working ok last? 

Did anything change on the phone in the meantime? 

Software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

What happens when the phone is installed in the phone? 

Any error messages? 

Can you get a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Any other relevant info?
