Moving number from 3 to 48 - no account number?

I am trying to move my mobile number from my business phone (operated by 3) to my home 48 phone.  I am being asked to enter my 'account number' for my work phone to move the number. However 3 say this is not necessary for a pre-pay number. Is there therefore a way to bypass this step so that i can transfer the number please?

The instructions here don't seem to mention any account number. 

Are you sure that you're following them? 

Are you sure that you're choosing prepay as the account type?

If it's insisting on an account number and you don't have one then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
