What app?

You mean the 48 app?

Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it perhaps?

Or cleaing the app cache.

It says my 48 keeps stopping

What is the exact error message - or a screenshot of it?

Do any other apps fail similarly?

Has anything significant changed on your phone recently?

It goes as far as getting account details and then automatically shuts off & on the screen says My 48 has stopped
