Internet not working again for the second month

I'm paying direct debit, but I have had no internet for the second month in a row. I need this sorted now or I am finishing with 48.

When you say "direct debit" I presume you mean that you've enabled automatic membership renewal?
What does your My 48 account say about your current membership status, expiry date and internet allowance balance?
How did you get this sorted the last time it happened?
You don't seem to have posted here about it before?
Did internet ever work for you?
Are you sure that your internet settings are correct?
