How do i unlock my phone after restarting

What message are you getting?
Is it asking for the SIM PIN because SIM PIN locking is enabled?
If so enter the SIM PIN that came with the SIM.
You can disable SIM PIN locking after that if you don't want it on.

I'm in the same boat.Iturned of my phone and when i turned it on it looked for a pin number i put the pin number wha came with sim but it won't accept it.

Then enter the wrong pin several times and when it asks for the puk get it from your online My48 account and enter that.
