Calls and texts will work but data will not.
You need an active membership and also cash credit to pay for outgoing/incoming calls and outgoing texts.

Do you have a Guido membership?
If not then that's the reason.

EU roaming calls/texts/data only work on Guido and not on any other membership.

If you do have a Guido membership do you have any network connection at all?

What make and model of phone do you have?
