Hey, I am trying to top up a different number or even pay membership for my friend and it seems it doesn't work, keep getting this message every time"Your transaction is unsuccessful"?

I have had problem buying credit for 6 months now, very poor customer service, I can’t but membership, credits or add my card, customer service is very poor

What happens?

Any error messages?

How are you trying to buy stuff?

Via the app or the website?

Via your My48 account or the gift shop?

Are you card details registered on your account or are you entering them each time?

Does your card work for online payments anywhere else?

How have you been getting membership for the past six months?
