Arrived in Barcelona and my phone is able to receive messages but not send them? I'm on the Don plan and have credit in my phone? Kind regards Sarah

EU roaming only works if you have a Guido membership since 13th June:

Are you sure that you're receiving SMS texts and not messages over some other channel (e.g. iPhone iMessage, wifi etc.)?

Very odd because with Don membership you should have no EU roaming connection at all under the new rules.
