Cannot top up my plan

I am trying to refresh my plan by adding 10.99 to my 48 but it keeps telling me that something has gone wrong.

You don't add €10.99 (cash credit) to your My48 account, you need to buy a monthly membership plan.

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
