Can I get a refund for second plan purchased?

Hi there , I received a gift for top up from my friend and I paid my plan at the same time . can I get a refund for the one I paid ?

You won't lose out here because the first one will start first and the second one will stack on your account to kick in when the first one eventually runs its monthly course and expires. 

But if you still need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if they can arrange for that.
