Can 48 users send text messages to 5XXXX numbers?

Can 48 customers text premium text messages even with credit on their account 5xxxx numbers?

With the sole exception of texting "APN" to 50048 to get APN settings for mobile data access:

Update: as of December 2024 48 DOES now support sending texts to Premium SMS 5XXXX numbers!

I have the same problem, despite having 20E credit- any solutions

Any error messages?

You need both an active membership plan and cash credit to pay for the Premium SMS messages.
