i am trying to ring a 48 number and it says this number does not accept incoming calls what does that mean?

Presumably what it says?
What sort of number is it?
Maybe they've blocked some or all incoming calls?
Were you ever able to call it?

Hey, got ans no it’s not that I’m blocked it’s cause the sim hasn’t been used in so long 48 have deactivated account. Thanks for that tho
