I have spare credit outside my monthly membership but still unable to call or text a northern Ireland Mobile?

I presume you mean spare cash credit on your account?

Do you have enough to cover calls/texts to a NI mobile?

What happens when you try to call/text?

Any error message?

If you have enough cash credit and it's not working then you'll probably have to contact 48 support.
