I paid for the €12.99 credit online on the app two days ago. But it still only shows 0 cent on the app. I called the 48 mobile phone number but they referred me to this page

What do you mean by €12.99 credit?
Membership plan or cash credit?
These are different things on 48.
You need a monthly membership plan on 48 to use services.
Cash credit is only used to pay for certain out of membership bundle services.
When you buy a membership plan for €12.99 you won't see €12.99 cash credit on your account.
You should probably read this key post today explains how membership works on 48.
It's a bit different to other pay as you go mobile service providers.
