Hi @ruthiehmcc that sounds strange, do you get that message on the website while you are trying to buy the add-on? I assume your account has been working before, so it sounds like there is some confusion with the other SIM you ordered.
You should contact the 48 agents so they can check it out and sort out your account. You can do that via this link.
