I Have checked your previous post's and see you requested a Number Port...
This is why you see your old number on your 'My 48' Membership page - & the answer to your question to why you can not use your phone, (Transfer in progress banner) you had some answer's to your query from other Community helper's earlier - my suggestion Echo's theirs, if your Number Transfer seems to be taking longer log a ticket with 48 support.
