Hi I topped up my guido two days ago by €10 and I got a message this morning saying my membership had run out and without thinking I topped it up again by €10 and it's still telling me my membership has expired can u please sort this and riemburst me the second €10 as I only ever use €10 a month. Many thanks vincent

I can see the problem.  You haven't actually bought membership.  You have just topped up by €10 twice.

 

What you need to do is convert one or both of those top ups into membership.

 

Just topping up your phone will not give you the free calls and texts for the month.  You always need to convert the top up into membership.  

 

You can use the top up to buy membership here http://48months.ie/buy/access-fee. Remember to hit the "pay from balance" button.

The membership will then provide you with calls, texts and internet for the month.
