Hi sprout
Can you power off your handset, then power on to get a signal boost & see of that resolves the matter?
Sometimes the signal can drop as you go about your day, and this is a simple way to get operational again.
Post back if this is unsuccessful...
🙂

Hi sprout
Follow-up on your query... Did the suggested re-boot get you up & running again?
🙂

Hi 1amcm
I have an IPhone and the same problem with my 2 Gb of Internet. I turned my phone off and on again and now the internet is working, thanks!
