Cannot register replacement sim????!!!!

Can someone please help.

I am a registered member of 48.

My sim was lost a while back and now i have a replacement sim, but I cannot register it.

I get this:

Sorry! You don't have access to this page'

I do not want a new number, can someone help?

Hey 🙂

I'm terribly sorry you're having problems trying to register your new sim.

Have you tried registering on a different browser? Perhaps maybe Mozilla Firefox if youre using Google Chrome?

If this isnt the case I suggest you log in and send a message to one of the techie agents on here!

It seems to be a techincal issue that they should be able to sort out fairly promptly.
