Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
What happens when you try to use outgoing services?
Any error messages?
